Whether it's a cold, allergies or nasal irritation in general, sometimes it's more than necessary to clean out your nasal cavities to get rid of congestion and help you to breathe easier.
What's nice about Dr. Hana's Little Squirt To Go is the nice small design that is easy to pack up and take with you & is also easy for small children as well.
If you are new to nasal wash systems then here are a few things for you remember :
1 - Only ONE person should use a bottle. Every other person that is going to wash should have their OWN nasal wash bottle!
2 - if you have never washed before then you should only start out with half of the salt solution until you get used to it, & then work your way up to the whole packet.
3 - It's great to get your kids to wash HOWEVER you should NEVER FORCE YOUR CHILD TO USE A NASAL WASH! IT CAN BE DANGEROUS!
That being said, lets learn a little more about the system.
The bottle used in the system is BPA free & can even be washed in your dishwasher. Their are no additives, perfumes or other ingredients in the system. It is easy to use and can help combat, allergies, colds, flu, asthma and many more sicknesses and germs as well.
I personally enjoyed trying this particular system out because I had never done a nasal wash before. & The fact that this one was made specifically for kids, meaning it was smaller and easier to handle made it easier for me to use. I love how much more easy it is to breathe after doing one of these washes.
I strongly recommend this to everyone! Once you try it and get used to using it I feel like you are going to love it as well!
