I have always been a little skeptical about fat burners. They either didn't work at all or they tasted horrible and were really hard to take.
Summit Nutritions has done a great job in making a natural fat burner that tastes amazing and still works. I really like that the pills are not hard to swallow and they are also easy on the stomach.
These capsules are 500mg each and there are 120 capsules in each see through bottle.
This is intended only as a dietary supplement & as with most supplements of this sort should be taken in conjunction with healthy eating & diet.
While taking these I definitely noticed that they work very effectively at controlling my appetite. Chasing after two kids all day seems to make me want to snack way more than I should.
So, that being said it was nice to try an appetite controller that effectively works to prevent me from doing that.
